Author Responsibilities

  • Reviews should be honest, objective, and submitted in a timely manner.

  • If a reviewer feels unqualified or has a conflict of interest, they should decline the review invitation.

Publisher Responsibilities

  • The publisher supports the editorial process and ensures that the publication system operates professionally and ethically.

  • The publisher works with all parties to prevent ethical misconduct and handles allegations of misconduct seriously.
